General Terms and Conditions
The general terms and conditions apply to the operation of the online shop, the rights of users and the business relationship between the provider and the customer. Before using the website, please read these general terms and conditions carefully. By using this website, the user is informed of the general terms and conditions, data protection and legal notices and accepts these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions, do not use the website. The pages contain links to other pages that are not under the control of the provider, therefore the sole responsibility lies with their authors and not the provider. The provider and all authors of the online content of the provider involved in their creation are not liable for damages resulting from access to such content or its accuracy or the inability to use the information and any errors or omissions in its content. The provider has the right to change the terms and conditions by updating this publication. Such changes to the terms and conditions will be binding on the user.
Payment methods
- Credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express). To guarantee maximum payment security, online transactions made by credit card are carried out with a Verisign certificate, via a secure server using an SSL protection system. This system encrypts the information entered to prevent its interception - currently unavailable.
- Cash on delivery (cash payment upon receipt of goods). The order must be paid in cash to the employee who delivers the parcel. The parcel is delivered by the courier company GLS and the collection fee will not be charged.
- To pay with Paypal, send us your order number and the email you use for Paypal and we will send you a payment request. After payment, we will send the package cash on delivery (Paypal is 100% safe) - currently unavailable.
Delivery time and method
The online store accepts orders 24 hours a day. All orders received from Monday to Friday by 2:00 PM will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 2:00 PM will be shipped the next business day. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be shipped the first business day. If the product is no longer available at the time of ordering, the delivery time is extended according to the delivery time of the goods from the manufacturer. The stock of each product is marked accordingly. The contractual partner for the delivery of parcels is the shipping company GLS.
Product prices
The prices of products in the online store are given in złoty ( PLN ) and include value added tax (VAT). The prices are valid at the time of ordering and do not have a predetermined expiry date. The prices are valid in the case of payment using the above methods under the above conditions. Despite efforts to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information possible, it may happen that the price information is incorrect. In such a case or if the price of the product changes during the order, the supplier will allow the customer to withdraw from the purchase and at the same time offer the customer a solution that satisfies both parties. The purchase agreement between the supplier and the customer is concluded at the time of confirmation of the order by the supplier. From that moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the supplier and the customer. The offer in the online store is valid while stocks last, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are 9 euros.
Priority Shipping
Priority shipping is a service we offer to our customers who want to receive their order early. Every customer who pays for this service can receive their shipment earlier, regardless of the time frame in which the order was placed. In the event that two or more customers have chosen this service, the one who did it first has priority over the others.
Purchase
First, select the product you want to buy, then press the "Add to Cart" button. On the right side of the cart, the quantity and total amount of the ordered products will appear. To remove or reduce the ordered quantity of a given product, you must press the "cart" button, then select the desired quantity or press "cart" to remove the product. The order completion process begins after pressing the "Buy" button. The online store guides the user through the following steps:
Step 1 - Customer Information. Enter your email address and shipping information (name, surname, address, phone number).
Step 2 - Shipping. Select a shipping method and enter the shipping address if different from the one entered in Step 1.
Step 3 - Payment Method and Finalize Order. In this step, you must select a payment method and complete your order. If you have a promotional code, enter it in the appropriate field.
Step 4 - Summary and order confirmation.
After placing the order, you will receive a summary of the ordered products by e-mail. The customer always has access to information about the status and content of the order on the supplier's website. At this stage, a purchase agreement for the ordered products is concluded between the customer and the supplier. By clicking the "Confirm order" button, the customer confirms that he has read and accepts the general terms and conditions published on the supplier's website. The purchase agreement is available to the customer at any time at the bottom of the website by clicking the Terms and Conditions link.
Cancelling an order
Due to the dynamics of work and fast shipment of the parcel, cancellation of the order is possible within 3 (three) hours of receiving the order.
Money back guarantee
The "Satisfaction or Money Back" guarantee applies to all products. Under this guarantee, if the product does not meet expectations, it can be returned WITHIN 30 DAYS from the date of receipt, in unopened packaging, according to the procedure indicated for a refund.
The "Satisfaction or Money Back" guarantee is in fact extended to 30 days compared to the 14 days usually provided for distance selling. The guarantee applies to all products, except software and products personalized at the customer's request, for which the right of withdrawal is also excluded (Art. 5, paragraph 3, letter c D.Lg.185/99). The customer bears the costs of the return shipment.
Right to withdraw from the contract
In accordance with Article 64 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement for any reason and without giving a reason, under the conditions set out below. To exercise this right, the customer must contact our customer service department by e-mail at info@kingmedic.pl . The goods must then be returned at the customer's expense within 30 days of their delivery (instead of within 10 days specified in the Consumer Code).
Return of damaged shipments
If the shipment is physically damaged, missing content or shows signs of being opened, the customer must file a complaint at the nearest GLS office. To do this, the shipment must be brought to the nearest office in the same condition in which it was received (without any additional items) and the complaint form must be completed. In cooperation with the GLS office, we will ensure that the complaint is processed as quickly as possible.
Protection of personal data
We know that the protection of personal data of visitors and users of our online store is the most important thing. That is why we guarantee 100% security and protection of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (GDPR-1). By registering online, the user agrees to the storage and use of their personal data only for the purpose of fulfilling the order. The supplier undertakes to constantly protect all personal data of the user. In no case will the user's data be transferred to unauthorized persons. In order to protect personal data, the user himself is responsible for ensuring the security of his username and password.
Newsletter subscription
The provider may only contact the user via means of distance communication if the user expressly consents to this. The subscription to our newsletter via the online shop, the ticking of the "Subscribe to newsletter" box (news on the site, new offers, promotional campaigns) during registration or the application for registration via other means of communication are considered consent.
Release from liability
The supplier makes every effort to ensure that the data published on its pages is up-to-date and accurate. However, changes to the product properties, delivery or price may occur so quickly that the supplier does not have time to correct the information on the websites. In such a case, the customer will be informed of the changes and will be able to withdraw from the contract or exchange the ordered product.
We only provide general information about medicines, which does not include all the instructions, possible additives to the medicine or precautions. The information provided on the website cannot be used for self-medication or self-diagnosis. Before using the product, consult a doctor. We declare the reliability of this information, but we are not responsible for any errors that may appear in it. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, special or other damages resulting from the use of information from this website, nor for the consequences of self-medication.
Legal Notices
The content published in the online store is the property of kingmedic.pl and may be used for non-commercial purposes, provided that all copyright information is preserved. It may not be copied, duplicated or otherwise distributed without the consent of kingmedic.pl.
Complaints and disputes
The supplier complies with applicable consumer protection regulations. The supplier makes every effort to meet its obligation to establish an effective complaint handling system. Complaints can be sent by e-mail to info@kingmedic.pl . The supplier will confirm receipt of the complaint within five working days, inform the customer how long it will take to process it and keep the customer informed about the progress of the proceedings. The supplier is aware that a fundamental feature of consumer complaints, at least when it comes to resolving disputes in court, is the asymmetry between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute. Initiating court proceedings is also a serious obstacle for the consumer. Therefore, the supplier undertakes to resolve all disputes amicably.
Possibility of concluding an out-of-court settlement
The Supplier also allows for the possibility of out-of-court settlement of disputes in the manner provided for in the ACT ON OUT-OF-COURT SETTLEMENT OF CONSUMER DISPUTES.
